4. AI Matching
We use automated systems to score resumes against role requirements. These systems assist with skills-based screening but do not make final hiring decisions. Employers make final decisions.
We regularly review models to support accuracy and fairness.

- With the hiring company or its representatives for roles you apply to or explicitly express interest in.
- With service providers (for example, secure cloud hosting and analytics) under contracts that limit use to our instructions.
- When required by law, regulation, or to protect safety, rights, and security.
Once shared, the hiring company processes your information according to its own privacy policies.

We retain application data for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting purposes, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and service improvement. Retention periods may vary depending on the role and employer requirements.
